From the Strasbourg train station (Gare de Strasbourg), take Tram Line A in the direction of 'Bischheim' and get off at the 'République' stop. Transfer to Tram Line D towards 'Wacken.' Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes, and you will reach Bitte d'amarrage at 6bis Rue des Pontonniers. A single tram ticket costs €1.90 and is valid for one hour.
