From the Strasbourg Cathedral (Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg), head south on Rue Mercière toward Rue des Tonneliers. Continue straight until you reach Place Kléber. From Place Kléber, take Rue du 22 Novembre and walk until you reach the tram stop 'Homme de Fer'. Board tram line A towards Illkirch Lixenbuhl. Alight at the stop 'Gare Centrale'. From the train station, walk towards the main exit and follow the signs to the bus terminal. Take bus line 250 towards Baden-Baden. Alight at the last stop 'Baden-Baden' and head towards Sophienstraße. Walk along Sophienstraße until you reach the Leopoldsbrunnen located at Sophienstraße 8-1.

Rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations throughout Strasbourg. Start your ride at Place de la République and cycle down Avenue de la Liberté. Continue onto Boulevard de la Victoire until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la Paix. Turn right onto Avenue de la Paix and follow the signs directing you to the border crossing. Cross into Germany and continue straight until you reach Baden-Baden. Once in Baden-Baden, follow the signs to Sophienstraße and look for Leopoldsbrunnen at Sophienstraße 8-1.

From Strasbourg, make your way to the 'Gare Centrale' train station. Purchase a ticket for a train heading to Baden-Baden. The train ride will take approximately 50 minutes. Upon arrival in Baden-Baden, exit the train station and head towards the bus stop. Take bus line 205 towards 'Baden-Baden Stadtmitte'. Alight at the 'Baden-Baden Stadtmitte' stop and walk towards Sophienstraße. Follow the street signs, and you will find Leopoldsbrunnen at Sophienstraße 8-1.
