From Strasbourg city center, head to the tram station 'Homme de Fer'. Take tram line A (the red line) towards 'Illkirch Lixenbuhl'. After 4 stops, get off at 'Lycée Kléber'. From the tram stop, walk east on Rue du 22 Novembre until you reach Place de l'Étoile. Continue straight onto Rue Boecklin, and you will find Lieu d'Europe at number 8 on your right.
