Public Transport
To reach the Carousel of the Eiffel Tower via public transport, several options are available. The closest metro stations are Bir-Hakeim (Line 6) and Trocadéro (Line 9). From Bir-Hakeim, walk towards the Eiffel Tower, and the carousel will be at its base. From Trocadéro, walk towards the Trocadéro Fountain and then down the steps towards the Eiffel Tower. The RER C train stops at Champ de Mars – Tour Eiffel station, which is an 8-minute walk to the gardens where the Eiffel Tower is located. Several bus lines also stop near the Eiffel Tower, including lines 30, 42, 69, 72, and 82. A single metro or bus ticket costs €2.50.
Walking
If you are already near the Eiffel Tower, reaching the carousel is a short walk. From the Champ de Mars, walk towards the tower; the carousel is located on Quai Jacques Chirac, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. From the Pont d'Iéna, cross the bridge towards the Eiffel Tower; the carousel will be on your right. There are no costs associated with walking.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Bolt are readily available in Paris. A short taxi ride from a nearby location, such as the Musée du Quai Branly, to the Carousel of the Eiffel Tower will cost approximately €8-€11. Note that fares may vary depending on traffic and time of day.
