Getting There

  • Public Transport

    From Paris, take the Transilien H train from Gare du Nord (banlieue, tracks 30 or 31) towards Persan-Beaumont or Luzarches via Monsoult. The journey to Écouen-Ézanville station takes approximately 22 minutes. From Écouen-Ézanville station, take bus 269 towards Garges-Sarcelles and alight at the Mairie/Château stop (5 minutes). Alternatively, you can walk from the train station through the forest to the château (approximately 20 minutes). A single train ticket from Paris to Écouen-Ézanville costs approximately €4-€6. A Paris Métro ticket is valid on bus 269.

  • Driving

    From Paris, take the A1 freeway from Porte de la Chapelle. Follow the signs for Roissy CDG, then exit onto the Francilienne (N104) towards Cergy-Pontoise. Take the Écouen exit (D316) and follow the signs to the château. A visitor parking area is available at the entrance to the estate. Expect to pay for parking. The A1 autoroute may have tolls.
