Public Transport
The Théâtre du Châtelet is easily accessible via the Paris Métro and RER. The closest Métro station is Châtelet, served by lines 1, 4, 7, 11, and 14. The Châtelet-Les Halles station, served by RER lines A, B, and D, is also within walking distance. A single Métro/RER ticket costs €2.50 and can be used on both the Métro and RER within Paris.
Walking
The Théâtre du Châtelet is located in a central area of Paris and is easily reachable by foot from many popular locations. From the Louvre Museum, walk east along the Quai du Louvre, then cross the Pont au Change to reach the Place du Châtelet. The walk is approximately 10 minutes. From Notre Dame Cathedral, walk west across the Pont d'Arcole or Pont Notre-Dame to reach the Place du Châtelet. This walk takes about 5 minutes.
Taxi/Ride-sharing
Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in Paris. A taxi ride from Gare du Nord to the Théâtre du Châtelet typically costs between €11 and €25, depending on traffic and the time of day. Note that there may be surcharges for additional passengers and luggage.
