Walking
From the Palace of Versailles, exit the main gates and head towards the Avenue de Paris. Turn left on Avenue de Paris and walk straight until you reach the Versailles Rive Gauche train station (approximately 15 minutes). Take the RER C train towards Paris and get off at the Saint-Michel Notre-Dame station (around 30 minutes). Once at Saint-Michel Notre-Dame, follow the signs to Notre Dame Cathedral, which is a short 5-minute walk.

From the Palace of Versailles, walk to the nearest bus stop at Rue de la Paroisse. Take Bus 171 towards the La Verrière station. Get off at the last stop, which is the Versailles Rive Gauche train station. From there, take the RER C train towards Paris. Disembark at the Saint-Michel Notre-Dame station, and follow the signs to Notre Dame Cathedral, which is a 5-minute walk from the station.
