    From the Palace of Versailles, start at the main entrance and head towards Avenue de Paris. Continue straight until you reach the train station, Gare de Versailles Château - Rive Gauche. Take the train towards Paris (Line RER C) and get off at Saint-Michel Notre-Dame station. Transfer to Line 4 and take the train towards Porte de Clignancourt. Get off at Gare de l'Est station, then exit the station and head northeast on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin until you reach Boulevard St Denis. Porte Saint-Denis will be on your left.

    Begin at the Palace of Versailles and walk to Gare de Versailles Château - Rive Gauche. Take the RER C train towards Paris and disembark at Gare d'Austerlitz. From there, transfer to Line 5 towards Bobigny-Pablo Picasso. Get off at Gare de l'Est. Once you exit the station, walk north on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin, then turn left onto Boulevard St Denis. Porte Saint-Denis will be on your left.
