The closest train station to Lac de Kruth-Wildenstein is Kruth. From the Kruth train station, you can take a bus (Réseau interurbain Haut-Rhin - Fluo, line 68R033) to the lake. The bus ride from KRUTH - Eglise to KRUTH - Lac takes approximately 3 minutes and costs €3. The bus departs four times a day. Alternatively, you can walk from the Kruth train station to the lake in approximately 45 minutes.

To reach Lac de Kruth-Wildenstein by car, use the address 68820 Kruth. From Mulhouse, it is approximately a 45 km (1-hour) drive. From Colmar, it is approximately 70 km (1 hour and 10 minutes). From Kruth, follow the D13B road. There are several parking lots near the lake, including a large free parking lot located before the lake when coming from Kruth. Parking is free.

Walking
From the village of Kruth, you can walk to Lac de Kruth-Wildenstein. From the Kruth Eglise bus stop, it is a 3.1 km (37 minute) walk to the lake. Follow the main road, then turn left onto Rue Basse. At the fork, stay right and follow the blue dot markings. Cross the road, follow the Thur river, and then walk along the forest to the sports field. Turn left onto the road closed to car traffic, and after 3 km, you will reach the dam.
