    To reach Cascade de Retournemer via public transport, take a train to Épinal station. From Épinal, catch bus line 12 towards Xonrupt-Longemer, which runs several times a day. Get off at the Xonrupt-Longemer stop; from there, it's about a 3 km walk to the cascade. Follow the D417 road northwest until you reach the parking area, then proceed on foot. Bus fare is approximately €2-€4.

    From Lac de Retournemer, the Cascade de Retournemer is an easy 5-minute walk. Follow the path through the old train tunnel to reach the cascade. Alternatively, you can walk along the stream to access the cascade.
