If you're in the main village of Fare, head east towards the Fare beach. From the beach, continue along the coast road. After approximately 1 km, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the left path towards Huahine-Nui. Continue walking for another 1.5 km. Look for the Pension POETAINA sign on your right. The exact address is 7XG9+JRX, Huahine-Nui.
Bicycle
From Fare, rent a bicycle and ride east along the main road towards the airport. After about 1 km, you'll see a fork. Stay to the left and continue on the coastal road. You will cycle approximately 2 km before reaching a small sign for Pension POETAINA on your right. Make sure to check the sign to confirm you're headed in the right direction.
Boat
If you're near the port in Fare, you can take a local boat taxi. Ask the captain to drop you off at the nearest point to Pension POETAINA. The boat ride will take around 15 minutes. Once you disembark, it's a short walk of about 400 meters along the coastal path, heading towards Huahine-Nui to reach the pension.
Public Transport (Van/Bus)
Catch a local van or bus from the main stop in Fare. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Huahine-Nui. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes. Once you get off, walk for about 500 meters in the direction of the coastline, and you will find Pension POETAINA on your left.
