If you are starting from Hiva Oa, take a ferry to Nuku Hiva. The ferry journey typically takes around 3 hours, and you will arrive at the port in Taioha'e, which is the main town on the island of Nuku Hiva. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the main road out of the port area.

From Ua Pou, you can take a local boat service to Nuku Hiva. Check with local providers for the schedule and ensure you have enough time before the last boat of the day. The journey will also land you in Taioha'e.

Once you arrive at the Taioha'e port, exit the port area and walk along the main road (Route de Nuku Hiva) heading south. The lodge is approximately a 30-40 minute walk from the port. Look for local signage that indicates directions toward BP 110 98742, as the lodge is situated near the outskirts of Taioha'e.
