Land tour but doesn't mean you will stay dry

We took this tour mostly for the Taputapuatea Marae UNESCO site, culturally a must see. As for the tour operator, there are many other choices that include this stop. Our tour was riding on the back of an old 4x4 pickup truck with a canopy. The ride is what you can expect riding in back of a pickup truck. It rained on the latter part of the tour. With wind blowing, all of us got wet despite the canopy. It wasn't until the driver saw us struggling to put on our rain poncho did he stop to put down the side rain curtains. He was surprised none of us complained about getting wet. We've got to be the most mellow group he has taken because nobody said anything, even the old lady sitting at the back getting drenched.

L’excursion se termine par la dégustation des fruits du jardin de Tema : pamplemousse, melon et mangue qui étaient tout simplement délicieuses. Un grand merci pour ce beau moment et ce partage !
