Air Travel
Most visitors arrive at Rangiroa Airport (RGI) on the main motu of Avatoru, a 50-minute flight from Tahiti. Arrange airport pickup with Rairoa Fishing and Tours or your accommodation. Taxis are also available at the airport. Expect to pay around 2,000-3,000 XPF for a taxi to accommodations near Avatoru or Tiputa.
Local Transportation
