To reach Motu Mahaea, you'll first need to get to Taha'a. Since Taha'a does not have its own airport, fly into Raiatea Airport. From Raiatea, take a 30-minute boat ride to Taha'a. Once in Taha'a, head to the main village of Fa'a'aha. From the Fa'a'aha dock, purchase a ticket for a boat transfer to Motu Mahaea. The boat ride typically costs around 1,500 CFP (approximately $13 USD) per person and takes about 10-15 minutes.
