Moorea to Papeete Ferry VIP - Great Transfer and Service

I booked this ticket from Moorea several months ago and changed days last minute because of some concerning weather (I had a cruise out of Papeete that I couldn't miss if ferries were canceled). I found the booking and changing process, including communications with Viator, to be very good and responsive. I was dropped off at the ferry dock and my taxi driver pointed me in the right direction. I dropped off luggage immediately, got my ticket with no wait (it was 1 pm for a 1:30 sail), and then a representative shepherded VIP folks to the ship first. Because I had an ankle injury and the other VIP folks had a lot of carry-on bags/packs, we were taken up in the elevator. There were 3 total VIP folks up there. We received free tasty snacks and soft drinks. The ride was good - with some swells because of the incoming winds/weather. The rep helped us off and sent me in the right direction to get my luggage. There is a delay between messages to Viator and confirming with operators - so folks should expect that - but even with changes, things worked out well. Now, we just need the weather here to improve!
