Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving to the Argo Cable Car, head towards Batumi city center. From Batumi Boulevard, take Bako Street which is located close to the Batumi State Maritime Academy. Follow Bako Street, and you will see the cable car station on your left. There is parking available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees.

• Public Transportation - Minibus

  To reach the Argo Cable Car by minibus, you can catch a marshrutka (minibus) from various points in Batumi. Look for routes heading towards 'Bako Street' or ask locals for the nearest stop. The minibus will drop you off close to the cable car station. The fare is usually around 1 GEL. Once you get off, walk a short distance down Bako Street to find the entrance to the cable car.

• Taxi

  For a more direct route, you can use a taxi service. Simply tell the driver to take you to 'Argo Cable Car' on Bako Street. The ride from the city center should cost you between 5 to 10 GEL, depending on your exact starting point. Taxis are widely available and can be hailed on the street or booked through local apps.

• Walking

  If you're staying nearby, you may opt to walk to the Argo Cable Car. From the Batumi Boulevard, it is about a 20-minute walk. Head east on Rustaveli Avenue, then turn onto Bako Street. Follow the street, and the cable car station will be on your left.
