From Khevi, start by heading southeast on the main road (E117) toward Jikha. Follow the road for approximately 20 kilometers, enjoying the scenic views of the Georgian landscape. As you approach the village of Jikha, look for signs directing you towards Nokalakevi Fortress. The fortress is located just off the main road, at coordinates 42.3572346, 42.1945703. There is a small parking area near the entrance to the fortress.

To reach Nokalakevi Fortress using public transportation, take a marshrutka (minibus) from Khevi to Jikha. Marshrutkas typically depart from the main bus station in Khevi and run frequently throughout the day. Once you arrive in Jikha, you can either walk towards the fortress (approximately a 15-minute walk) or hire a local taxi for a short ride. Make sure to confirm the location with the driver, as taxis in the area may not be familiar with the fortress name but will recognize the address '954V+VRW, Jikha'.

If you are staying close to Jikha, you can walk to Nokalakevi Fortress. From the center of Jikha, head east on the main road (E117) for about 1.5 kilometers. The fortress will be visible on a hill to your left. Follow the path leading up to the fortress entrance. The walk is relatively easy, but wear comfortable shoes as the terrain can be uneven.
