Getting There

• Walking

  Start at the central square of Kutaisi, known as the David Agmashenebeli Square. From the square, head southeast toward the intersection with Tsereteli Street. Continue straight on Tsereteli Street for about 700 meters until you reach the bridge over the Rioni River. Cross the bridge, enjoying the view of the river along the way. Once you have crossed the bridge, turn left onto K. Gamsakhurdia Street. Follow this street for about 600 meters until you reach a small park on your right. The Statue Sisters Ishkhneli is located near this park, at the address 7PC4+G5J, Kutaisi. Look for the iconic statue which is visible from the street.

  From the central bus station in Kutaisi, take a minibus (marshrutka) heading towards the city center. The fare is usually around 1 Lari. Ask the driver to let you off at the nearest stop to David Agmashenebeli Square. From the square, walk southeast along Tsereteli Street for about 700 meters, cross the Rioni River bridge, and then turn left onto K. Gamsakhurdia Street. Walk for another 600 meters, and you will find the Statue Sisters Ishkhneli near a small park at 7PC4+G5J, Kutaisi.

• Bicycle

  Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops near David Agmashenebeli Square. Start your journey by cycling southeast along Tsereteli Street for about 700 meters. As you approach the bridge over the Rioni River, cross the bridge and then take a left onto K. Gamsakhurdia Street. Continue cycling for approximately 600 meters. The Statue Sisters Ishkhneli will be on your right near a small park at the address 7PC4+G5J, Kutaisi.
