If you are traveling by car from Meskheti, head southwest on the P5 road towards Akhaltsikhe. Continue driving for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the area around the Atskuri Fortress. To reach Atskuri Fortress via public transportation, take a marshrutka (minibus) from Meskheti to Akhaltsikhe. Marshrutkas typically depart from the central bus station in Meskheti.
