From Meskheti, take the E117 highway towards Tbilisi. After about 150 km, follow the signs to the city center. Once in Tbilisi, navigate towards Old Tbilisi, where Narikala Fortress is located. You can park your car near the fortress entrance, but be aware that parking may be limited in this area.
