If you are driving, start from the town of Zugdidi, which is the nearest major city. Head northeast on the E60 highway for approximately 35 km until you reach the village of Mestia. From Mestia, continue along the same highway, following the signs for Heshkili. After about 15 km, you will arrive at Heshkili. Make sure to have a GPS or a map, as some minor roads may not be well marked. Parking is available near the Huts.

To reach Heshkili Huts via public transportation, take a marshrutka (minibus) from Zugdidi to Mestia. The journey takes about 2.5 to 3 hours and costs around 15 GEL. Once you arrive in Mestia, you can catch another marshrutka heading towards Heshkili. This final leg should take about 30 minutes and may cost an additional 5 GEL. Ensure to confirm the schedule with the driver as the frequency may vary.

If you prefer to walk or hike, and you have arrived in Heshkili village, the Heshkili Huts are accessible on foot. From the center of Heshkili village, follow the path leading into the forest.
