If you are starting from the center of Signagi, head towards the main square known as 'Sighnaghi Square'. From the square, walk east along the main road, which is also known as Kote Marjanishvili Street. Continue walking for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Gomi Street. Turn right onto Gomi Street and continue for another 300 meters. You will see a sign pointing to St. Stephen Church on your left. Follow the path leading up the hill to the church. The church is situated on a hillside, so be prepared for a slight uphill walk.

If you are near the Signagi Ethnographic Museum, exit the museum and walk down to the main road. Turn left onto Kote Marjanishvili Street and continue for about 400 meters. You will see an intersection with Gomi Street. Turn left onto Gomi Street and walk for another 300 meters until you see the sign for St. Stephen Church on your left. Follow the pathway that leads up the hill to the church.
