From Telavi Central Park, walk southeast towards Shota Rustaveli Street. Continue straight for about 800 meters until you reach a fork in the road. Take the right path onto Tsinandali Street. Follow Tsinandali Street for another 500 meters until you see a sign for the Georgian Vine Monument on your left. Continue walking, and the monument will be visible shortly after on a small hill.

From the Telavi bus station, take a local bus heading towards the Tsinandali area. Buses run frequently, and the fare is quite affordable. Get off at the Tsinandali stop and walk back towards the main road for about 200 meters. Look for a small path leading to the left, which will take you directly to the Georgian Vine Monument after a short 10-minute walk.
