Start at the central square in Telavi, known as 'Telavi Plaza'. From there, head southeast towards the main road, Rustaveli Street. Walk along Rustaveli Street for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with G. Abashidze Street. Turn right onto G. Abashidze Street and continue for another 200 meters. You will see local signs directing you towards Gremi. Follow the signs, which will guide you to the bus stop for Gremi, located at the corner of G. Abashidze Street and Chavchavadze Street.
