    From Vardzia, head northwest on the E60 highway. Continue for approximately 30 km until you reach the turnoff for Katskhi Column. The turnoff is marked, and you will need to turn left onto a smaller road. Follow this road for about 10 km, and then look for signs directing you to Katskhi Column. There is a parking area near the base of the column where you can leave your car. Note that there may be a small parking fee.

    Take a marshrutka (minibus) from Vardzia to the nearest town, Zestaponi. Marshrutkas leave frequently from the main bus station in Vardzia. Once you arrive in Zestaponi, you can catch another marshrutka or taxi to Katskhi Column. The taxi ride will take about 20-30 minutes and may cost around 15-20 GEL. Ensure you confirm the fare with the driver before starting the journey.
