Getting there

Walking

From the Linderhof Palace ticket office, walk along the main path towards the palace. Pass the Royal Lodge (Königshäuschen) on your left. Continue towards the palace, then veer right to ascend the slope towards the cascade. The Music Pavilion is located at the top of the cascade, a short walk from the Neptune Fountain. Admission to the park is free, but a ticket is required to enter the palace. Allow 10-30 minutes to reach the pavilion from the ticket office.

Public Transport

From Oberammergau, take bus 9622 to the Linderhof Schloß bus stop. From the bus stop, walk towards the palace entrance. Follow the walking directions from the ticket office to reach the Music Pavilion. A single bus fare costs approximately €3-€5. Ensure the bus schedule aligns with the palace opening hours.

Car

Drive to Linderhof Palace and park in the designated parking area. Parking costs €3 per car. From the parking lot, walk to the ticket office and follow the walking directions to the Music Pavilion. Note that during peak season, parking spaces may be limited.
