If you are in the city center of Bonn, head towards the main shopping street, Bonngasse. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Münsterstraße. Turn left onto Münsterstraße and walk for about 5 minutes. You will then see Münsterplatz on your right, with the address Münsterpl. 11-4.
Bus
If you are near Bonn Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take bus line 603 or 604 from the bus stop in front of the station. Ride for 3 stops until you reach 'Münsterplatz' stop. From there, you can easily walk to Münsterplatz, which is just a short distance from the bus stop.
Tram
From Bonn Hauptbahnhof, take tram line 61 towards Bad Godesberg. Get off at the 'Münsterplatz' tram stop, which is about a 10-minute ride. Once you exit the tram, you will be at Münsterplatz, which is right in front of you.
