Once you exit the tram, head towards the 'Beuel Rathaus' (town hall) and walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Schevastesstraße. Turn left onto Schevastesstraße and continue walking for about 200 meters; you will find Vilicher Leuchtturm at Schevastesstraße 87A.
