If you are in the city center of Dresden, a great starting point is the Zwinger Palace. From there, head east towards Theaterplatz. Once at Theaterplatz, you will see the Semper Opera House in front of you. Cross the square and walk towards the Elbe River. Continue along the riverbank promenade until you reach Brühlsche Terrasse. The 'Earth and planets' monument is located on Brühlsche Terrasse, which offers stunning views over the river and is easily recognizable. The address is 01067, Brühlsche Terrasse, 01067 Dresden.

If you prefer to use public transport, find the nearest tram stop. Take Tram Line 4 or 9 from your location towards 'Hauptbahnhof' (main train station). Get off at the stop 'Theaterplatz'.
