From Dresden, you can take the bus from the central bus station (Dresden ZOB). Look for bus number 309 towards Freiberg. The trip takes around 40 minutes. Get off at the Freiberg ZOB stop. From there, walk straight onto Bahnhofstraße, then turn left onto Augustusstraße and continue walking for about 10 minutes until you arrive at Schloss Freudenstein at Schlosspl. 4.
