From the city center of Neustadt, head towards Albertplatz. You can reach Albertplatz by walking along the main streets, such as Königsstraße or Louisenstraße. Once you arrive at Albertplatz, look for the tram stop called 'Albertplatz.'

At Albertplatz, take Tram Line 11 towards 'Zschertnitz' or Tram Line 6 towards 'Goppeln.' Both trams will take you in the direction of Rosengarten. Ride the tram for two stops and get off at 'Carusstraße.'
Walking
After exiting the tram at Carusstraße, walk straight down the Carusstraße street. Continue walking until you reach the junction with Carusufer. Turn left onto Carusufer, and you will see Rosengarten ahead. It is located at Carusufer 10, 01099 Dresden. The walk from the tram stop to Rosengarten should take approximately 5 minutes.
