Getting There

  • Public Transport

    If you are starting from the city center (for example, from Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof - the main train station), take the U79 tram towards 'Hochdahl' or 'Krefeld'. The tram stop is located directly outside the main station. Travel for about 10 stops and get off at 'Nordpark'. From the tram stop, walk towards the park entrance which is located on Kaiserswerther Str. You will see the park's entrance sign.

  • Walking

    If you are in the vicinity of the Rhine River promenade, head north along the riverbank. Walk towards the Oberkasseler Brücke (bridge) and cross it. Once across, continue straight until you reach Kaiserswerther Str. Turn left and walk about 10 minutes until you arrive at Nord Park, which will be on your right.

  • Bus

    From the central area, you can take bus line 721 from the stop 'Heinrich-Heine-Allee' towards 'Kaiserswerth'. Ride the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Nordpark' stop. The park entrance will be within walking distance.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing services available in the city. Start from the city center and head towards the Rhine, then follow the bike paths leading north until you reach Nord Park. The bike ride will take around 20-30 minutes, depending on your pace.
