Driving
If arriving by car from a major town in the Eifel National Park, such as Monschau, head southeast on the B399 towards Heimbach. Continue on the B399 for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach Heimbach. At the roundabout in Heimbach, take the second exit onto Langerscheidt road. Herrliche Aussichten will be on your right at Langerscheidt 31. On-site parking is available. Note that some navigation systems may provide incorrect directions for the final few kilometers, so it's best to follow signs for Langerscheidt once in Heimbach. Be aware that the final stretch of road, Seerandweg, is accessible for local traffic only. Parking is available on-site, and an additional parking spot costs EUR 10 per day.

To reach Herrliche Aussichten via public transportation, take a train to Heimbach (Eifel) Bahnhof. From the Heimbach train station, you can take a bus or taxi to Langerscheidt 31. Alternatively, it is approximately a 25-30 minute walk. Head east on An der Laag towards Hengebachstraße, then turn right onto Hengebachstraße. Continue onto Nordstraße, then turn left onto Langerscheidt. Follow Langerscheidt until you reach number 31. Bus schedules vary, especially on weekends, so check local schedules in advance. A short taxi ride from the Heimbach train station will cost approximately €10-€15.
