Public Transport - U-Bahn
From Hamburg Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), take the U-Bahn line U1 towards 'Ohlstedt'. Transfer at 'Jungfernstieg' station to the U-Bahn line U4 towards 'HafenCity Universität'. Get off at 'HafenCity Universität' station. From there, walk approximately 10 minutes towards Steinhöft 17, which is located along the waterfront.
Public Transport - S-Bahn
From Hamburg Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), take the S-Bahn line S3 or S31 towards 'Altona'. Get off at 'Landungsbrücken' station. After exiting the station, head towards the waterfront and follow the signs to Steinhöft. It's about a 15-minute walk from Landungsbrücken to Steinhöft 17.
Walking
If you are in the city center, you can walk to Alstermündung. Start at the Town Hall (Rathaus) and head southwest towards the Inner Alster Lake. Walk along the Alsterufer until you reach the confluence of the Alster and the Elbe River. Continue walking along the water, and you will arrive at Steinhöft 17 in about 25 minutes.
Bike Rental
You can rent a bike from one of the many rental stations in Hamburg. Start from the city center and head towards the Alster. Follow the bike paths along the Alsterufer towards the Elbe River. The ride should take approximately 20 minutes, and you will arrive at Steinhöft 17, where Alstermündung is located.
