Getting There

Public Transport
If you're starting from Hamburg Hauptbahnhof (the central train station), take the S1 or S11 S-Bahn train towards Blankenese. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the Blankenese station. From there, head southwest on Blankeneser Bahnhofstraße. Continue straight, and then turn right onto the Strandweg. Follow Strandweg until you reach Elbstrand Blankenese, which will be on your left.

From the Altona train station, take bus line 150 towards Blankenese. This bus will take you directly to the beach. Get off at the Blankenese, Strandweg stop. From there, walk a short distance down Strandweg, and you will arrive at Elbstrand Blankenese.

Ferry
From Landungsbrücken (the Landungsbrücken ferry terminal), take the HVV ferry line 62 towards Finkenwerder. Enjoy the scenic ride along the Elbe River. Get off at the Blankenese ferry terminal. Once you disembark, walk up the stairs and turn left onto Strandweg. Continue walking, and you will soon arrive at Elbstrand Blankenese.
