To reach Winterbergklippe using public transportation, take a train to Bad Harzburg from major cities like Göttingen or Wolfsburg. Once you arrive at Bad Harzburg station, transfer to the local bus service (Bus line 1 or 3) that goes towards 'Schwarzenberg' or 'Klein Süntel'. Get off at the stop 'Klein Süntel' which is the closest stop to the Winterbergklippe trailhead. From there, it's a short 20-minute walk to reach the viewpoint.
