Once on the A7, take exit 81 for B27 toward Fulda/Poppenhausen. Follow B27 until you reach Poppenhausen, then turn onto Kohlstöcken road. The Guckaisee is located at Kohlstöcken 3, 36163 Poppenhausen. There is free parking available near the lake.
