If you are driving, head towards Fulda by following the A7 or A66 highways. Once you arrive in Fulda, take the exit towards Fulda-City Center. Follow the signs towards Schloßstraße. Upon entering Schloßstraße, you will find Stadtschloss Fulda located at Schloßstraße 1, 36037 Fulda. There is parking available nearby, and the castle is within walking distance from most parking areas.
Public Transportation
To reach Stadtschloss Fulda by public transportation, take a train to Fulda Hauptbahnhof (Fulda Central Station). From the station, you can either walk or take a bus. If you choose to walk, exit the station and head towards the city center. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk. Alternatively, you can take bus line 1 or line 2 from the bus stop near the station (Busbahnhof) towards the city center and get off at the stop 'Schloss'. From there, it’s just a short walk to Stadtschloss Fulda at Schloßstraße 1.
