Once on the A21, drive towards Hamburg. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit for the A7 towards Hamburg. Continue on the A7 for about 25 kilometers. Take exit 27-Hamburg-Volkspark and follow the signs for B4. Merge onto B4 and continue on this road. You will eventually reach the Schleswig-Holstein-Modell located at 22525 Hamburg, Altona. Make sure to check for parking options available nearby, as there may be fees involved.
