If you're driving from central Hunsrück, head northwest on L203 towards Boppard. After approximately 15 kilometers, merge onto B9 towards Koblenz. Continue on B9 for about 10 kilometers, then take the exit toward B42/Bornich. Follow the signs to Bornich and continue on Loreley Straße. After about 5 minutes, you will arrive at the Loreley Promenade located at Auf d. Loreley, 56348 Bornich. There is parking available, but be aware that parking fees may apply.
