If you are near the Leipzig main station (Hauptbahnhof), head to the tram stop located just outside the station. Take tram line 9 towards 'Leipzig, Taucha' or tram line 10 towards 'Leipzig, Messe' and get off at the stop 'Leipzig, Augustusplatz'. From there, walk east along the street 'Grimmaische Strasse' for about 5 minutes until you reach the Alter Johannisfriedhof located in the Zentrum area.

From the main train station (Hauptbahnhof), go to the bus terminal located adjacent to the station. Take bus line 70 or 74 towards 'Leipzig, Abtnaundorfer Straße' and get off at the 'Leipzig, Johannisplatz' stop. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to the Alter Johannisfriedhof. Walk south along 'Johannisstraße', then turn right onto 'Käthe-Kollwitz-Straße' to reach the park.

If you prefer to walk, start from the city center near 'Marktplatz' (the market square). Head southeast on 'Markt', continue onto 'Grimmaische Strasse' for about 15 minutes. This will take you through the bustling city streets until you reach the Alter Johannisfriedhof located in Zentrum, Leipzig. The park is located just off the main road, on the corner of 'Johannisstraße' and 'Käthe-Kollwitz-Straße'.
