If you are starting from Leipzig Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station), take tram line 4 or 7 from the station. Get off at the 'Johannisplatz' stop, which is just a short walk from the GRASSI Museum. Once you exit the tram, head towards Johannisplatz, and you will see the museum on your left at Johannispl. 5-11.

If you are near the city center, you can walk to the GRASSI Museum. From the central square (Marktplatz), head southeast on Marktstraße towards the Nikolaikirche (St. Nicholas Church). Continue straight onto Burgstraße, and then turn left onto Hainstraße. Follow Hainstraße until you reach Johannisplatz. The museum will be on your right at Johannispl. 5-11.

From the Leipzig Zoo, take tram line 12 from 'Zoo' stop towards 'Meusdorf' and get off at the 'Johannisplatz' stop. Once you get off, walk back in the direction the tram was coming from, and you will see the GRASSI Museum on your left at Johannispl. 5-11.
