From Augustusplatz, walk east along Katharinenstraße for about 5 minutes until you reach Katharinenstraße 23, where the Romanushaus is located.

If you are in the city center, head towards Nikolaikirche (St. Nicholas Church). From there, walk straight down Nikolaistraße until you reach the intersection with Katharinenstraße. Turn left onto Katharinenstraße and continue walking for about 5 minutes. Romanushaus will be on your right at Katharinenstraße 23.

Catch bus line 60 or 70 from any nearby bus stop in the city. Get off at 'Leipzig, Hauptbahnhof' (Central Station). From there, take tram line 9 or 10 as described above, or simply walk east along Katharinenstraße for about 15 minutes to reach the Romanushaus at Katharinenstraße 23.
