You will find Wolfsdenkmal on your right side, located within a small park area.

    From the Connewitz train station, you can take tram line 11 (direction: Markkleeberg West). Board the tram and get off at the next stop, 'Waldstraße.' From the tram stop, walk along Waldstraße towards the north for about 300 meters. You will see Wolfsdenkmal on your left as you approach the park area.
