Walking
From Connewitz, head towards the main road, Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Walk along this road until you reach the intersection with Härtelstraße. Cross the street and continue straight, following the signs towards the city center (Zentrum). After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will reach the Rosental park entrance on your left, just before the bridge over the Elster river.
Tram
If you prefer to take public transport, walk to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Connewitz Kreuz' on Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Board tram line 11 towards 'Plagwitz' and ride for 3 stops. Get off at 'Leipzig, Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz' and transfer to tram line 1 or 2. Take either tram towards 'Gohlis' or 'Mockau' for 2 stops, and get off at 'Leipzig, Rosenthal.' From there, it's a short walk to the park entrance.
Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many bike-sharing stations in Connewitz. Navigate towards the Karl-Liebknecht-Straße and follow it until you reach the city center. Continue to follow the bike lane along the Elster river until you see signs for Rosental park. The entire ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on your speed.
