Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start by heading to the A1 motorway towards Metz. Follow the signs for Metz and take the exit toward Metz-Centre. Once you are in the city, navigate to Pl. de la Comédie. There are parking options around the square, but be aware that parking fees may apply, usually around €1-€2 per hour.

• Train

  For those using public transportation, take a train from any station in the Moselle region to Metz. The main train station is Gare de Metz. From there, you can either walk or take a local bus. If walking, head towards the city center and it should take about 20 minutes. Alternatively, you can take bus line 2 or 3 to the stop 'Comédie', which is right next to the New Temple.

• Bus

  If you are already in Metz, use the local bus service. Bus lines 2 and 3 both have stops at Pl. de la Comédie. You can purchase tickets at vending machines located at bus stops or via the mobile app. A single ticket costs around €1.50.

• Walking

  For those already in the vicinity of Metz, walking to the New Temple can be a delightful option. From the Gare de Metz, simply head northeast on Rue de la Gare, continue onto Rue de la République, and then turn onto Rue des Clercs which leads directly to Pl. de la Comédie. This walk takes approximately 20 minutes and will take you through some of the charming streets of Metz.
