If you are driving, head towards Metz from your current location in Moselle. Depending on where you are, you might take the A31 highway. Follow the signs for Metz, and as you approach the city, continue following signs for the center. Once in Metz, look for Rue de la Citadelle. The Palais du Gouverneur Militaire is located at 9 Rue de la Citadelle, which should be easily accessible. There is street parking available nearby, or you can utilize public parking lots in the city.

To reach Palais du Gouverneur Militaire via public transport, first find your nearest train or bus station in Moselle. If you are taking a train, board a train that heads towards Metz. Upon arrival at Metz train station, exit and look for the local bus services. Take bus number 5 towards 'Gare de Metz' and get off at the 'Liberté' stop. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk. Head southwest on Avenue Foch towards Rue de la Citadelle, then turn left onto Rue de la Citadelle. The Palais will be on your right.
