Car
If you're traveling by car, head towards the A9 motorway from your location in Munich Countryside. Follow the signs for Munich and take the exit toward 'B2R' toward 'Zentrum'. Continue on Theresienhöhe, which will lead you directly to the Bavaria Statue located at Theresienhöhe 16, 80339 München. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around €1.50 per hour.
Public Transportation - Train
If you prefer public transportation, take the S-Bahn (S1, S2, S3, S4, S6, S7, or S8) from any nearby station in Munich Countryside to 'Hauptbahnhof' (Munich Central Station). Once at Hauptbahnhof, transfer to the U-Bahn (subway) line U4 or U5 heading towards 'Theresienwiese'. Disembark at 'Theresienwiese' station. From the station, it’s a short 10-minute walk to the Bavaria Statue by following Theresienhöhe road.

You can also take a bus if it's more convenient. Check for bus lines that connect to 'Theresienhöhe' or stop near 'Theresienwiese'. Most buses from central Munich will take you to this area. Once you arrive, it's just a short walk to the Bavaria Statue located at Theresienhöhe 16. Bus tickets typically cost around €2.90 for a single journey.
