Subway
If you are near the central train station (Hauptbahnhof), take the U2 subway line towards Messestadt Ost. Get off at the stop 'Sendlinger Tor' (approximately 4 stops). From Sendlinger Tor, transfer to the U1 line towards Mangfallplatz. Get off at the next stop, which is 'Marienplatz'. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs to 'Frauenkirche' (just a few minutes walk). The Frauenkirche is located at Frauenplatz 1, directly in front of you once you exit the square.
Tram
If you are near a tram stop, take tram number 19 in the direction of 'Stammstrecke'. Get off at the stop 'Marienplatz'. From there, head towards the Frauenplatz, and you will see the Frauenkirche directly ahead. It is a short 5-minute walk from the tram stop.
Bus
If you are close to a bus stop, take bus number 100 or 153. Both buses stop at 'Marienplatz'. After getting off, walk towards Frauenplatz; the Frauenkirche will be right in front of you. It’s only a couple of minutes on foot from the bus stop.
Walking
If you are already in the Altstadt-Lehel area, simply walk to Frauenplatz 1. The Frauenkirche is a well-known landmark, so you can ask locals for directions if needed. It's a beautiful walk through the historical parts of the city, and you should be able to reach it within 10-15 minutes from central locations such as Marienplatz or Viktualienmarkt.
